Healthy Chocolate Spiders
INGREDIENTS
Makes 20 Prep & Refrigeration Time 2 hrs 20 mins
1 1/2 mixed nuts, I used walnuts and cashews
3/4 cup shredded coconut
3/4 cup Chang’s fried noodles
3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter (100% nuts)
1 1/4 cups dark chocolate melts/sqaures/chips
1/2 tsp sea salt
METHOD
Line a large baking tray with baking paper and prepare a space for it in the fridge.
In a large mixing bowl, place nuts, coconut and noodles.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter in a saucepan over a low heat (or in the microwave).
Pour over nut mixture and mix to combine; season with salt to liking.
Place heaped tbsp chocolate crackles on prepared baking tray (2 cm apart) and set in fridge for at least 2 hours or until set; store in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer.
