Mango Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1 COOKING TIME 5 mins

1 mango cheek

1 frozen banana

2 heaped tbsp Greek yoghurt

1 scoop protein powder (I use plant based)

1/2 cup berries (see notes)

1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

METHOD

  1. In a food processor blend mango, banana, yoghurt and protein powder until very smooth.

  2. Pour into a small bowl and top with berries and seeds.

GEORGIE’S NOTES

You can use any berries you like, fresh or frozen.

I used plant based protein powder but you can use which ever one you like. However make sure it’s not one that is too high in sweeteners.
