3-Minute Breakfast Bowl

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 1

 

3/4 cup natural or Greek yoghurt

1/4 cup almonds

1 medium banana, sliced

1/2 cup berries

2 tbsp. LSA

2 tbsp. pumpkin seeds

1 pinch cinnamon (opt)

1 tsp. honey (opt)

 

METHOD

  1. Arrange ingredients, besides honey and cinnamon in a bowl (carefully or not carefully, depends what you're feeling).

  2. If using, drizzle honey over yoghurt and sprinkle cinnamon over banana and serve immediately
