Chocolate Almond Protein Balls
Makes 20
INGREDIENTS
1 cup medjool dates, pitted
1 cup whole almonds, raw
3/4 cup peanut butter, natural
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp. peanut oil or coconut oil
1 scoop chocolate/plain protein powder
METHOD
Place all ingredients in a large processor and blitz until combined, scrapping down the edges half way through
Roll into small balls
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 3 months
