My Go-To High Protein Brekkie
INGREDIENTS
SERVES 1 PREP TIME 5 MINS
150 grams Plain Greek Yogurt*
1/3 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup Organic Frozen Berries (or fresh)
METHOD
1. Place yoghurt and protein powder in a bowl and mix until well combined; top with berries and enjoy!

Chobani, YoPro are my favourite yoghurt brands. YoPro does a great diary free option and is much higher in protein and lower in fat than coconut yoghurt and other diary free alternatives.
