Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
Serves 1 Prep time 5 mins
1/2 banana, frozen 2
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 heaped tbsp peanut butter, 100% nuts
2 dates
1 tbsp maca powder (opt)
1/2 cup milk
1 handful ice
Method
Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
